Graham County is also the home of Arizona's Salsa Trail which is all about terrific Mexican food and down-home friendliness. Sprinkled through the small Graham County communities are a dozen Mexican restaurants, a family owned tortilla factory and a lady who grows chilies who have all joined together to make up the Salsa Trail®. In a world where change seems constant, the constant on the Salsa Trail is good food and consistency of service that spans decades. There is an annual SalsaFest every September where people compete for the title of best salsa!
